Daily responsibilities

As a GECKO Executive Consultant, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • 360 degree recruitment – the full cycle
  • Help shape the brand of the business using social media and online platforms
  • Managing a range of client recruitment requirements – existing and new business
  • Client meetings
  • Meeting and interviewing new candidates to represent within your market
  • Telephone and face to face sales
  • Advertising and creating new candidate attractive campaigns
  • Attending a range of business networking events
  • General administration to support your desk

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is a natural people person. Hungry to succeed and self-motivated. A minimum of 12 months recruitment experience is required. This opportunity will provide a career and not just a job! You will need to be able to multi-task and be a creative thinker. You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional service.
